No. This training is open to all levels. No advanced poses required.

Yes. You will be fully prepared to lead a one-hour vinyasa yoga class. Our graduates teach at elite yoga studios, lead international yoga retreats, and run successful yoga businesses.

Yes! Many join to deepen their practice, learn alignment, and transform their body and mind, without the intention to teach.

Yes. This is a Yoga Alliance–approved 200-hour yoga teacher training, and graduates are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance.

The training is held in a yoga studio in Venice, Los Angeles, CA, inside a sacred healing salt room.

All sessions are available in person and via livestream. If you miss a session, a recording of the live session will be provided so you can watch at your convenience.

The training is completed over 10 weekends, held on Saturdays and Sundays only.
